As if purposely built for groups, this property offers plenty of parking space, a fully fenced back & front yard, with access to allow for ample boat parking. The back gate does have a 10cm gap at the bottom. A single car garage (lockable) is also available for use.
Great BBQ facilities and a large open back area this house is the perfect place to come back to after a hard day fishing and enjoy your catch!
Large (2 metre) freezer in garage. Electric Heating.
Linen: GUESTS WILL NEED TO BRING THEIR OWN LINEN: Sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels.
Linen hire is available by prior arrangement.
Pets: Pets permitted outside only - Fully fenced back yard. Guests may wish to bring shelter for their pet in case of extreme heat or rain.
PLEASE NOTE: The holiday occupancy may be cancelled immediately without refund, if there are noise complaints.Guests will be charged for any damage and extra cleaning caused by pet (eg where hair/waste has not been removed from the property).
Ample off-street boat parking.
