Located in a quiet area of beautiful Bermagui this well appointed 3 bedroom townhouse offers relaxed living for that perfect getaway with family and friends.
A short stroll to the end of the road and through the dunes will find you on the white sands of Moorheads Beach for an early morning surf or swim.
The Bermagui River, 777 Supermarket and cafes are only a short walk away.
After a busy day at the beach or fishing you can BBQ and relax on the upstairs deck or enjoy dinner at one of the many fine restaurants located in town.
Lounge area located on first level opens onto a comfortable deck with outdoor setting and gas BBQ.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, dining room with large wooden table and chairs to seat 6, bathroom and 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds are located on the first level.
Sit back and read a good book in the sitting area on the mezzanine level.
The main bedroom and 2nd bedroom both offer distant ocean views.
The 3rd bedroom with double bed, combined bathroom/laundry is located on the ground level (there is no internal access to this bedroom).
This holiday property also offers reverse cycle air conditioning, single garage and one allocated parking space.
Linen: GUESTS WILL NEED TO BRING THEIR OWN LINEN: Sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels.
Linen hire is available by prior arrangement.
