This 3 bedroom holiday home has it all! Located in a quiet residential area and surrounded by a beautiful native garden. The main area of town is a short, scenic walk and the Bermagui River is just down the hill.
The house features a sunny and spacious back deck with glimpses to the ocean. It hasan outdoor setting and gas bbq which makes it the ideal place to relax after a big day at the beach or just on the water!
There is boat parking and alsoa large garden for the kids to run around in.
Suitable for families and couples.
The house layout is as follows-
Lounge/Dining/Kitchen: The Lounge area boasts lots of lounge sitting space anda flat screen TV. There is a large dining table off the spacious, fully equipped kitchen.
Main Bedroom: Queensize bed with 2x bedside tables with lamps. Access to the back deck via sliding door.
Second Bedroom: Queensize bed with 2x bedside tables with lamps.
Third bedroom: Queensize bed with 2x bedside tables with lamps and a single bunk bed.
Bathrooms: There is a full bathroom with separate toilet inside the house. There is also another bathroom at the back of the house off the kitchen.
Linen: GUESTS WILL NEED TO BRING THEIR OWN LINEN: Sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels.
Linen hire is available by prior arrangement.
Pets: Pets permitted outside only - Fully fenced back yard. Guests may wish to bring shelter for their pet in case of extreme heat or rain.
PLEASE NOTE: The holiday occupancy may be cancelled immediately without refund, if there are noise complaints. Guests will be charged for any damage and extra cleaning caused by pet (eg where hair/waste has not been removed from the property).
No smoking permitted.
Driveway offers off street parking for 1 boat and 2 cars.
