If during your stay, you are not able to provide such evidence upon request, we may require you to vacate the premises immediately, without any refund of the unused portion of the booking .

This beach cottage has long been afavorite with fishermen. Its also veryaffordable accommodation & in great location.
Relaxed house close to the pub, marina, river, Blue Pool, beaches, shops, cafes,golf course and Country Club.
Excellent off street parking - regular driveway entrance.
Linen: GUESTS WILL NEED TO BRING THEIR OWN LINEN: Sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels.
Linen hire is available by prior arrangement.
Pets: Pets permitted outside only - Fully fenced back yard.
PLEASE NOTE: The holiday occupancy may be cancelled immediately without refund, if there are noise complaints. Guests will be charged for any damage and extra cleaning caused by pet (eg where hair/waste has not been removed from the property).
Off street parking for cars and boats.
Smoking not permitted.
Sleeps 5. 1 queen in main bedroom and 1 tri-bunk (double with single above) in 2nd bedroom.
